The Hôtel Pilgrim is at 11 rue de Poissy, in the 5th arrondissement, in the sector of Saint-Nicolas-du-Chardonnet and the Bernardins, east of place Maubert. Atout France classified it four stars on 24 November 2023, for 53 rooms. It belongs to the Ginto group. Line 10 serves it from three stations: Cardinal Lemoine in five minutes, Maubert-Mutualité and Jussieu in six, Jussieu also giving access to line 7.
The spa and the roof
The facilities explain the Pilgrim. The spa holds a heated indoor pool of 3 x 8 metres, a hammam, a treatment cabin and a gym open day and night. The pool is used by reservation, in slots of 45 minutes for up to eight people, between 7:00 and 23:00. The hotel says that this equipment is rare in the quarter.
At lobby level there is a bar with cocktails, natural wines and snacks. On the seventh floor a rooftop terrace opens from May to October, in the evening, with a view the hotel says extends to the Eiffel Tower; a pop-up bar on the roof is announced as in preparation. There is no restaurant, only a snack and tapas menu.
Rooms, style and access
The hotel calls its style brutalist, with vintage furniture and noble materials. Some rooms face the Collège des Bernardins, according to the hotel. The Deluxe Terrace and the Terrace Suite have a private terrace. Communicating rooms take four guests in 39 m², and the Junior Suite and Terrace Suite sleep up to four. The hotel describes itself as fully accessible, with adapted rooms, and accepts pets against a supplement. Air conditioning is standard. There is no parking of its own; a public car park near Maubert is indicated.
